David is highly regarded for his long and successful career in the Canadian automotive industry that saw him drive results at Honda Canada within both the sales and captive finance units. Additionally, he has served as a director of the Canadian Finance and Leasing Association (CFLA) and currently serves as vice chair of Central East Local Health Integration Network (Central East LHIN), as well as Chair of the Audit and CEO Performance Committees of the board. His many accomplishments include being recognized as a ‘Human Resources Top Leader’ by the Toronto Human Resources Professionals Association in 2009 and a ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ from the Canadian Auto Marketing Forum in 2010. David is a change agent and he excels at building organizational structures that optimize quality, cost, efficiency and the delivery of corporate objectives.
Doug is a seasoned Sales Leader with 26 years experience, spending the last 10 years at Thomson Reuters. Mr. Lister’s passion is in managing and building sales teams with a focus on understanding customer needs to drive customer value. Most recently at Thomson Reuters, he was involved in bringing to market a SaaS collaboration software for in-house corporate lawyers. Doug is well known in the Corporate, Accounting and Financial Services markets for providing access to the most authoritative commentary, current legislation, case law, and precedents.
Paulo is a senior technology professional with a long record of success in applying traditional, emerging and experimental strategies to drive business initiatives and develop products for enterprise, service provider and financial industry. An excellent technical background combined with his leadership ability, enables Paulo to effectively lead large projects and development teams with a proven ability to bring in projects on time and on budget, with a high level of quality. His experience ranges from successfully building teams from scratch to own critical products and features through process optimizations and efficiencies with a strong background in Agile methodologies, including SCRUM. His strengths include delivering enterprise class products with scale-able architecture, managing product road map and program stakeholders, and application and systems engineering in a broad range of technologies. Paulo sees the software delivery in the light of the organization’s priorities and especially of the customer’s. Paulo has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is currently taking MBA at Ryerson University.
Jeremy has held various product management, business development and customer engagement positions at Teranet, Inc. and Sun Microsystems Inc. Over the past 17 years he has led in the commercialization and go to market execution for a suite of software products servicing the financial services, real estate, government and utilities verticals. He was responsible for the overall financial performance of product lines and channel partnerships, from concept to market traction. Jeremy has a Masters of Business Administration in E-Business from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Information Systems from Ryerson University
Edmund brings a long history of technology and security experience to Securefact. He has been involved as CEO and CTO to various companies, including being both over 10 years for eSentire Inc, a managed IT security company that provides security services for companies all around the globe. Edmund’s interests and areas of expertise include IT security technology and processes, application of technology to business needs including both software and hardware, data analytics including big data, and software development practices. Edmund also teaches a Management of Big Data course at the University of Toronto. He holds both a Bachelors and Masters of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, and partially completed a PhD before pursuing interests in industry.
