Born and educated in the United States, Terry started his professional accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand in New York before coming to Canada for a 'short' assignment in the 1970's - he is considering staying for awhile! A former PwC partner, Terry continues to be consulted as an expert in cross border regulatory compliance issues and international tax. Terry's experience as a business executive includes a term as VP Finance of a TSE listed company.
